Zminopys is a personal timesheet for shift work. It is built so that your records go nowhere. The developer only receives the messages you choose to send from “Ideas and feedback”.
What data is processed
The app stores only what you enter yourself: day marks, shift times, notes, colleagues’ names in swaps, job names, pay settings, payments you record, payslip amounts, and your name, position and employer if you fill them in for statements.
Where data is stored
All records are stored on your device. If “Sync with iCloud” is on in Settings, a copy is kept in your personal Apple iCloud so the records match on your iPhone and iPad with the same Apple ID. The developer has no access to this data.
Zminopys has no servers of its own, uses no analytics, advertising or tracking, and needs no sign-up.
The “More from the author” section loads a list of the developer’s other apps from the App Store. Your records are not sent anywhere.
If you tap “Show in hryvnias” for a job paid in another currency, the app downloads the official rate from the National Bank of Ukraine website (bank.gov.ua). Only the currency code, such as PLN, is sent; your amounts and records are not.
Ideas and feedback
When you send a message from “Ideas and feedback”, the developer receives the text, its topic (idea, bug, complaint or thanks), your email for a reply if you enter one and, if the box stays ticked, the app and iOS version and language. The message is delivered through the Web3Forms mail service to the developer’s mailbox. It is used only to read and answer your message, is not combined with your records and is not shared with anyone else.
Colleagues' schedules
When you share your schedule with a colleague, the app creates a link containing the name you enter and the day types (shift, day off, leave and so on) for this month and next. Pay, notes and swaps are not included. Only the people you send the link to can see it. The page on our site that opens the link does not receive the schedule: it sits in the part of the link after “#”, which browsers do not send. Colleagues' schedules are stored on your device only.
Permissions
- Notifications — to remind you about shifts. Reminders are created on the device.
- Calendar — write-only, and only when you tap “Add to Calendar”. The app does not read your other events.
- Face ID / Touch ID — if you turn on the lock. Biometric data is handled by iOS; the app never sees it.
- Camera and Photos — only the rota or payslip photo you take or choose. Text is recognised on the device; the photo itself is not kept. A photo of a certificate or sick note that you attach to a day is kept on your device only: not in iCloud and not in the backup.
- Saving to Photos — only when you save the schedule picture yourself.
- Alarms — if you turn on an alarm before shifts. Alarms are created on the device.
Export and deletion
Every day the app makes an automatic copy of your records in its own folder on your device (the last 7 are kept); it is not sent anywhere. You can share a report, a PDF timesheet, a statement, an Excel file or a backup — the file goes only where you send it. “Delete all data” in Settings removes all records. Deleting the app also removes all data from the device.
Children
The app collects no personal data, including from children, apart from a message a person chooses to send from “Ideas and feedback”.
